SHIPPING TIMES

When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 or 3 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 7 business days.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

We only ship directly from the United States. The delivery time depends on the country you live in, item stock status, or the shipping method you chose for your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defective, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order number (#CM?????) along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

We do not refund shipping costs. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
